Edge every production template: wrap 25 mm tape over CNC-cut borders so edges never scratch hands or shave fabric. Use 40–50 mm for wrapping thick stacked edges in one pass and for writing style, size and date labels that peel clean at rebuild.

Run red and yellow as a code — assign colors to lines, sizes or operations and a wrong template becomes visible across the floor. Keep fiberglass-mesh single-sided tape for stress points: backing a hard-working hinge, bridging a field crack until rebuild, and reinforcing narrow necks that flex in handling.
