Procurement FAQ

Garment template purchasing FAQ.

Commercial details are confirmed against the exact specification and destination rather than assumed as universal terms.

Garment template purchasing FAQ: orders and samples.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product, specification and packing unit. Send the item or SKU and intended quantity so it can be checked in the quotation.

Are prices published online?

No. The site is request-quote only because specifications, quantities, packing and shipping requirements differ by buyer.

Can materials, accessories and tools ship together?

A combined requirement can be submitted in one inquiry. Packing and shipment options are confirmed after the exact product mix and destination are reviewed.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Small samples of sheet, board, tapes and strips can be sent by courier for evaluation. Courier cost is typically borne by the buyer and credited against a first bulk order by agreement.

Do you accept trial orders smaller than your usual cartons?

For consumables the carton is the practical unit, but a first trial order can mix single cartons across many SKUs — that is the normal way template rooms start.

Documents, payment and shipping terms.

Which payment terms are available?

Payment terms are confirmed in the formal quotation. This site does not publish or assume terms before commercial review.

What quality documents can you provide with a shipment?

Packing lists and invoices are itemized per SKU as standard. Material datasheets and partner-factory certificates are provided where they exist; see About for our certificate policy, because we do not present partner certificates as our own. Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's cost before loading.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma — commonly a deposit with balance against shipping documents. State your preferred terms in the inquiry and we will confirm what is workable for the order size.

Which shipping terms do you quote?

FOB China port and CIF or CFR destination are both routine; DAP for machine shipments is available by arrangement. Quotes state the term per line so your landed-cost comparison is clean.

Production, delivery and consolidation.

How are lead time and freight confirmed?

Both are quoted after the items, quantities, packing method and destination are confirmed. No fixed delivery claim is made before that check.

How long is production and lead time?

Consumables generally ship from stock within days; sheets and boards to order within a production window confirmed on the proforma; machines are quoted with their own lead time. Consolidated orders ship when the longest line is ready unless you split the booking.

What if goods arrive damaged?

Sheets ship flat with edge protection and moisture barriers specifically to prevent transit warping. Document any damage with photos at unboxing and send them within the claim window stated on the proforma; verified transit damage is replaced or credited.

Can you consolidate goods from other suppliers into our shipment?

Within reason, yes — consolidation at our Changzhou facility for related garment-factory supplies is a routine request. Describe the extra cargo in your inquiry.

Garment template purchasing FAQ: machines and support.

What information is needed for machine selection?

Include the largest template size, materials to be cut, local voltage, current CAD file format and destination. These details define the configuration discussion.

Do you provide spare parts for machines after delivery?

Consumable spares such as bits, collets, underlay and pump filters ship with any materials order. Machine-specific components are sourced against the machine model on request.

Which languages can we communicate in?

English and Chinese are available for full commercial discussion. Our team has ten years of working history with Bangladesh and Vietnam factories, and site versions in Vietnamese, Korean and Bengali are rolling out.
